If the meeting is aimed at primarily state agencies then I will stick with the NAGW Listserv.
The best attended meeting I ever saw was the one on streaming media. That event had vendor participation and give aways. GMIS follows the idea of a sponsor for each meeting and they are not just a couple of hours where the day is all travel if you are not located in Columbia.
I did my time, it was someone else's turn to improve the program. Just my opinions. |
