DIRKS Methodology

• An eight-step process which agencies can use to improve record-keeping and information management practices, including the design and implementation of new record-keeping systems. The methodology is compliant with, and expands on, the methodological framework of Australian Standard AS 4390–1996, Records Management, and International Standard ISO 15489, Records Management.
